View Full Version : Bullet holes 3D/2D problems

When playing my level bullet holes appear on invisible walls, some only appear on one side. This is spoiling the game as you cannot kill aliens if you're shotting a wall.
When I look at my level through Build in 2D or 3D mode no walls exist in these areas.
I have looked to see if these phantom walls are extensions of other walls but they are not on the same grid line as any other wall.
What is going on?

As far as I know, it's a fluke. It happened to me once. Had to delete the sectors and rebuild them.

check if itscan is on on those walls it is shown in 2d mode by a double line for the wall if it is on turn it off if it's off turn it on and back off now try the map in duke again

Split up those long walls by inserting some vertexes and the floating bullet holes will go away.
