winCalculationClient problem

I'm realy srr about all the questions but it seems that my copy of Maxed got rusty along with my skills.

I have a problem with the Gis lighting server:

I start Lacal-GIS-Render.bat en eventualy it gets to a WinCalculation window with one line:
connecting to server... IP = localhost PORT = 10000

then:

connetction timeout
connecting to server... IP = localhost PORT = 10000

What to do what to do?
