View Full Version : Quick question about enemies and guns

Hi,
I'm on the verge of finishing my mod and the guns are the last part.

So far I've discovered everything alone including the way to export a gun to MP. It was a nightmare, but the new gun is working, even if it needs to be perfected.

Now there are 2 thing that puzzles me:
1) Is it possible to give the enemies a new gun ? If so how?
I'm doing a sci-fi mod and it wouldn't be nice the enemies having a normal pistol.
2) How can we make the new gun available as an object to be pick up, like an ordinary gun?

I've searched the forum and tutorials, but found no answer, so any help from more experienced ppl is welcome.

Just at the new weapon also to your weapon folder in your maxpaynedev folder ( where maxed reads it from) .
The other thing are level items just put them in the level item folder and your ready to go. If you do it good they will be selectable in maxed.
