Amazing Build technique

Anyone played Roch 4???

If you have, then you may be able to help me. At one part of Pascal Rouauds level, you see a pair of stairs (in the city part.)

In Build you can only build from the floor up or the ceiling down, but with Roch4, Look at the stairs, they are suspended in the air. (You might have to investigate this.)

The Stairs aren't touching the floor, but you can't go underneath the stairs. Anyone know how he did that??? I think it is brilliant.

Chris_A made a tutorial about this Roch4 effect as they call it. The site where the tutorial is still down, once it is up again I will post the link in this thread. (Unless someone knows another link)
Meanwhile, go to the stair again. Yes, you can go below the stair but you can not jump down from it. The top wall around it is paralaxed, you can not see it but it is there, thus making it look like the real stair. Yes, very clever.

I played Roch 5 lately. I'm pretty sure the author uses this trick again in the pictures gallery to slide one of them.
Please tell me if I'm right.
