What's up with ProjectX, Warfare, etc?

I've noticed that a lot of the highly anticipated TC's haven't seen any progression lately.

Are they cancelled?

I think CONAN still touches Warfare every now and then, but I don't do much with Project X anymore.

If I could even get into my Dukeworld hosted site, I might release what I had done.

Maybe if the dozens of TCs that "need artists and con hackers" would join ProjectX, which has most of the art and con files done, the TC would actually get finished.

Heh. Con hackers are dozen a dime, and I never saw a wanted ad that didn't have "mappers wanted" in it. Is it just me or there are only ~20 mappers in whole community, and they all working on TCs?

People should release old unused TC material. 70% of the TC's hosted on Dukeworld are dead in the water. It's a shame to think about all that material that is just gathering dust. There must be 100's of good quality levels / art that are never going to see the light of day.

Dukeworld should probably update and edit that list. TC.com could edit the unreleased
SW list also btw. The only one that IS still
coming out is missing and the rest is dead.

Well, I'm waiting for EDuke 2.1 to be released. Most of what I've made could probably be put into ProjectX, but my stuff requires version 2.1 so we'll have to wait.

BTW: I'd like to mention my mod 'The NightStrike', which you won't have to wait for. When I get a website up and running, I'll be releasing what I've done so far. Then everybody can copy from my codes. Also I plan on uploading my files once a week, so that people won't have to wait a year to get the final result.
