Hi there
I was thinking of getting a mini mac, but wanted to gain as much information on programming the processor as I could. I did a search by part number, and also searched for 'programming PowerPc G4', etc, etc with varous variations, but got nothing but advertisements. Can anyone tell me where to get the programming manuals for these processors? I am talking about what would be the equivalent of the intel documentation on the x86 range, details instruction set, memory models, instruction encoding, etc.
thanks in advance

Try either http://developer.apple.com or the Motorola website.
