E-Duke upgrade problems...

When I try to patch Duke Nukem 3D v1.4/1.5 to EDuke 2.0 it says the old file is not found. How is this possible? I have the original CD and the Plutonium Pak, I've reinstalled several times and it's never worked.

Does anybody know why/ or how to fix it?

Make sure you don't have a modified program file.

Try re-installing into a clear directory and then patching.
