Was messin around over at a friends house and came accross Nuclear Winter as an episode on his computer... Needless to say after about 3 hours.. I finally beat it... It was a really cool episode actually. And soon as I get around to it, I'll post a pic of mirrored floors( really awesome effect might I add). Fighting Santa on that last level was tough! Even on come get some he whooped me 3 times b4 I finally killed him... Either way a fun episode!
On Nuclear winter, you may notice a section which is the first ever level in Doom. (You take a strange teleporter there) Also You can find Super Mario playing Mario Kart.
But it still does not beat Duke Carribeian, That was the best ever addon to Duke3D.

Blurp, even though NW had some nice parts there where alot of poopy things in it.. the enemies and presents ( with ear-raping sound effect ) as the clearest examples.

There are a few bug sas well, sometimes the fat commander replacement became invincible.. Happened to me a few times, the only way I got around it was just leaving them. :\

Any of you remember DUKE IT OUT IN DC? The last level you had to save the president, I remember enjoying it.

Actually, I found it a bit of an enjoyment, only the first two levels. I thought 3dR clearly said no 'Level Revisions' based off their levels?

Ok Ive finally got around to uploading the picture. The walls are dumb cause the highres package overrode the textures for the TC. This is the reflective floors, which in itself sold me on loving the TC.

It was in Lameduke, just had to hack it back into the source compile and do whatever the tag was I suspose. I dunno havent really taken a look at it myself. Im sure TX could give more insight on it.

Nm that, actually I can get a sprite to flip upside down in build, but when I bring it back up in the game its flipped back right side up.. Anyways all else fails you can always just create a sprite thats upside down by default.

That has some problems, generally not the best approach. Still it looks cool.
I remember seeing it in a Roch map before as well.

as the sprite flipped thing, if the sprite is a moving object or actor(enemy, atomic health, etc) they usually wont flip upside down but other things can. http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Uh... I used the cone but it didnt take it. It flipped in build but not in the actual game.

is the cone an actor of some sort?
if so then i suspect the issue is caused by a cstat command in the cones actor code.

yes, it can be blown up and then spawns fire.
