View Full Version : Our new home
Hey everybody, I'm Diaz, formerly known as KillerHomer/TCMasteR/LeveLMasteR. I'm glad to see there is a solid community here... I thought it was absolutely dead like all TC's do, perhaps even mine. Damn, I wish I had more time, but this HL game project I'm working on is eating it all. Well at least I can see there are still people trying to start new projects, which is good! Good luck all with your TCs...

That's not the exact reason.... because HL does suck even for commercial sh** - I think we'll end up using the upcoming TF2 engine if we ever turn this into a reality.

Hello, I'm new to the TC community, and I find there are some great people in it. Also some are wannabes, jerks and trolls (of whom I ignore). My greetings to Diaz, who I'm sure, is an asset to the TC crowd. Part of what I would like to contribute to the community is REAL TEXTURES for tiles. For real . . . I am an artist, working on the concept art, 3D enemies, and textures for the Sunrise game (in progress), The other team members are Cyborg, Phoenix, and Defiant Ed. I have had several requests for art on other games, but have declined, because I am LEARNING computer art, and do not want to contribute anything amaturistic IE: I don't want to subject the whole community to my trial & error experimenting. But the textures are a sure thing guys, tell me what you are looking for, and chances are I got it. Again, Congratulations Diaz, on your new home.
Well the TC I'm working on aims for realism, so I'm now using Redneck Rampage textures which are the most realistic I've seen on a Build game. Any artist who can make textures with that quality would be welcome on my team.
