The Sunrise Project; officially started!

Hank (phoenix) Werner, Defiant Ed, and I, are currently working on a new game called SUNRISE. The web site for the game is up, and running. We just got started, and entend to finish . . . NO MATTER WHAT. We are a small group with humble beginnings. We plan on staying humble, and mild mannered. But the game of course will be our alter ego . . . KICKING BUTT! Loosly based on George Orwell's 1984, this TC is about a freedom fighter who takes on (single handed) a one world totalitarian government (big brother) in the year 2074.(not too far off!) This will be a first person shooter RPG. Right now we are looking for a good, and I mean a GOOD con editor. I noticed that there are quite a few who are in this forum. We are going for realizm, not the cartoon stuff. The textures will be from the real thing and not drawn. the enemies and weapons will be as realistic and as 3D as is humanly possible. And the maps will be, let me just say, mind boggling. This game will be at the VERY DIFFICULT play level, though We may put cheat codes in it. (for people like me!) One shot to the body, you die. One to the head, and you are dead. We will respond to those who have worthy (or humble) suggestions for our game. In other words, flamming us or our game won't do you or us any good. If you have an idea or help you want to contribute, PLEASE! By all means! And thanks for your support . .

I just want to publicly welcome Cyborg, our newest member of the Sunrise team! And our website is moving VERY SOON (days, maybe hours) to Planet Duke. So far, Phoenix, Defiant Ed, Cyborg, and your's trully are the official team. The only problem is, I don't have a nickname or handle. This artist (me) is only working on the Sunrise project. The main two reasons are FOCUS, and I need the EXPERIENCE first, before I deversify. However, I do have an archive of COOL REALISTIC TEXTURES (actually they ARE real) if anyone is interested and they are FREE, yes FREE! smilies/images/icons/grin.gif
