Demo recording

Does anyone know a way of record a demo of a level part-way through an episode. I can't seem to find a way of doing it.

They seem to have demos of freeway and such at the start of Duke, but I can't see a way of recording a demo of level which isn't the first in an episode; at least not a single-player demo.

My guess is I'm missing something obvious. Anyone know how to do this?

duke3d.exe /r /vX /lY

change the X with the number of the episode, change Y with the number of the level on that episode, for example, to record a demo on Death Row, you'd use

duke3d.exe /r /v1 /l3
