I think it's exclusif to Japan only too. Pretty stupid move if you ask me because:
A) The game can be in english or japanese.
B) XBox sucks in Japan.

When you get the game it is in english by default, and you can order it from a place such as www.videogamedepot.com (http://www.videogamedepot.com)

I plan on getting it because the guy behind it also did Panzer Dragoon.
