i've just finished watching this incredible mood piece and if your a fan of say david lynch or alfred hitchcock, it'll deffinatley work for you. also, this might be a slight spoiler if your very observant but you'll enjoy it if you're a fan of <table><tr><th><font size="-1">Spoiler below:</font></th></tr><tr><td class="spoiler">fight club</td></tr></table> because there are elements that are similar
anyway, watch it with an open mind and don't try to completley understand it as you watch it...you can't really piece it together until you see it through to the end
enjoy

Seen it and loved it.. http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/love.gif
Almost every frame in this movie is artistic.
I got the DVD and i freezed every 10th frame or something and they all have great light, composition and expressions.
Here are some random stills. http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

its about a machine operator that has been unable to sleep for a whole year and begins envisioning things then starts to doubt his own sanity
brad andersons previous film, session 9 is EQUALLY genuinley creepy and if you enjoyed the machinist, you should deffinatley check it out....this is deffinatley a director we're going to see heading towards the top because he has a lot of talent

So it's got a dvd release? Cool. I'll have to track it down. Pity it never appeared at any festivals in Aus, would have liked to see it in a cinema. OMG BALE IS SKINNY! http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

he's uncomfortably skinny in this film....its hard to watch him at some bits because he just looks so thin. its quite vital to the plot though....I SAY NO MORE
hunt it out as soon as you can though...it isn't for everyone but if you're a fan of films with a lot of mood and atmosphere to them, you will LOVE this beast

Out on June 7th in the US. Still awhile to wait, I really want to see this movie. I'll probably end up picking it up without a rental...looks really interesting.

Holy shiz @ RedSplat's first frame picture, I knew he was thin in this film but...wow!
Is it on DVD in the UK?? I've been waiting to watch it since it's cinema release (anything with Christian Bale in is a masterpiece as far as im concerned). I was searching the DVD section of Tesco the other day and im sure I would of noticed...how did you manage to see it?
