for something like CON files to be used in any Shadow Warrior ports? I ask because I know Duke3D had it, and it was something I really wanted to have in SW but there never was. http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dopefish.gif

Extremely unlikely. Certain things (such as episode/level names, which CD track or midi file a level plays, et cetera) will be changeable, but but don't expect much more than that.

Unlikely, but doable. That functionality could be ported over from Duke3D since they're on the same engine, although I don't know how hard it would be.

You'd be better off rewriting the game from scratch. In fact, you'd basically have to. You're right, you don't know how hard it would be -- if you did, you wouldn't claim it to be "doable." http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
