You all know that it is possible to stretch stripes with 8 6 4 and 2. But if I do that with actors (made by 3DR, mine are working) I cannot see any difference. An idea I had was making this by PAL effects (stored in game.con) but this is a little bit too hard. Can I change the confiles so that actors can be resized???

Yes, sizeto ## ## and sizeat ## ## in the con files.
Sizeto will gradually change the sprite size to the numbers you put it. Sizeat will do it instantly.

This is clear, I know how to use that commands...
sizat [width] [heigth] (max 255, in Ver. 1.3D 256)
But it's not possible to make it that this Pigcop has size X Y and this A B or do I have to work with selfmade Spritepals than?

Use self-made spritepals. I suggest 3 if you want normal colors, since it's the same as the default palette.
Of course, if you're using eduke, you could make it based on hitags or whatnot.
