The trademark for "Talon Brave" that was owned by Apogee was abandoned in 2000. So I would say No, that name was dropped.

Edit:

I looked, and it seems the trademark for "Talon" is still live, but I couldnt check the details as the site just stoped working as I was looking around. So maybe the name still can be in use.
