As far as i read i came to this conclusion:

* 3DR were developing the "original" prey back in the old days and stopped then because technology wasn't ready.

* Doom3 and its engine was developed by ID-Software.

* Human Head Studios are doing Prey now somehow.

But here's the question:

What exactly do they do now? Everything? Content? Programming? Publishing?

And what does 3DR now? Only giving the name, or are some of 3DR-Staff involved into prey?

I believe 3DR are the producers of Prey, similar to their role in Max Payne. IMO, that has always been their strength.

i believe human head is making the game content, in general. liquid i think is doing some stuff(ie models etc), i geuss either 3dr is producing like Max Payne or they are jsut having creative input/money coming in.
