hey guys. A modeler died from cancer last week(poor guy i have two deaths like that in my family http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif). He had a huge collection of models and they are all avalible free at his site now. http://www.creepyclown.com/downloads.htm if u want any grab them soon because i doubt his family will choose to continue running his site. just check them out, there are alot and all are high quality

Ok sorry for the date mistaken, but with all the respect don´t you guys think that is models will be a good thing for the mapers in this comunity, what is left is texture them.

Thanks a lot for the linking, this might prove very useful. I wonder if there's to your knowledge any plugin or some sort of application to open these .obj files into 3DSMax.

Use a converter like 3DConverter to convert them for a 3ds form, or use wings3d a free modeler to open and then convert them.

I'm pretty sure Max 7 can import them.
there's also a nifty plugin for Max. it's called Obj2max

Yes but that is for Max 4.0, and only if that version of Max is free, and everyone can have it, that plugin is a must. But if not is better as i said to download the wings3d modeler that is free and only 2.30 Mb Ziped, and it can import obj meshs and export as 3ds.

But if you have or want to use Max 4.0 by all means do what Mariamus said.

BTW you guys do tell me if you need any custom 3d models being made in 3dsmax for your mod. I'm currently preparing my portfolio and would then make a model for you which I'll also include in my portfolio.
