Adjusting Duke's jumping height

hi....i've looked through all the con files and everthing...and searched google for like an hour and i cannot for life of me figure out how to edit duke's jumping ability.

i'm creating a TC (kinda) and its all on a different planet with lower gravity. sure i can change the gravity, but Duke needs to be able to actually jump higher. does anyone know how to make him jump higher? I'M DESPERATE!!!! thnx in advance

This can be done in EDuke32.

ok i downloaded eduke32....but all i got was basically jfduke3d renamed into eduke32... how do i mod with eduke32?
