View Full Version : Something weird with FireFox and these forums
Well, everytime I browse the forums using FireFox, a random 3D Realms page automatically opens.
Like, right now, the 3D Realms Download page is open.
Anybody else have this happen? Everytime its something different; once it was the online store, the other time it was company info. And it opens by itself everytime I browse the forums.
Did Joe make this happen on purpose?

Only weird thing I noticed with this forum and FireFOx is that in IE George's username is in green, and on FireFox it's orange like the other users.
Might be because the color is set with rgb(), which doesn't work in FireFox http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif
Anyway, not a big deal http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I think it's that. You are scrolling with the wheel and accidently click on a link and it opens a tab. http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
But I never bring my mouse anywhere near the links, if I'm using the mouse scroll button it's around the forum area.

Joe's red username still appears for me, I think George just removed the green from his name.

Red to me also
Actually the automatic page open is a good feature,
pray that someday it will open the hidden DNF page
or maybe the hidden 3drealm's elite PRON page.
