Is this good, or bad? because if i do statsme, im usually ranked 11th (for this server, 5 min ago, after i took this screenie) but Im the highest ranked terrorist

Other things : What inventory do you like? For me, its either set 1 :

2,2 + 8,2 + 6 (buy, then press these numbers)

Set 2 :

4,2 + 8,2 + 6

Set 3 (when I have the bomb)

4,5 + 1,5 + 8,2 + 6 + 7

Don't listen to me, since I don't play anymore. But IMO, -stats- don't tell how good you are. I've played with people who have crazy stats, but act like total "asses" towards their teammates, and people complaining about the team instead of actually beeing -part- of the team. I've spectated players with lousy, horrible stats like 1 14, who still deal loads of damage but never get their kills, and they can be very good/friendly teammates overall.
When I played, my stats were usually 14-6 or 13-7, or usually up with the 5 "top" score players. However, those matches often start out with me having 7-0 and stuff like that, but somehow I can't keep it. I think my record is 11-0, and thats was in cs 1.3. If I'm having an overall bad run, or playing on a level I havent played before I can easely get stats like 3-10 or worse.

My setup? Dunno, don't have one. I have certain weapons I buy tho:
Prefered pistols: 228 Compact (Meh, dunno. Grew to like it and kept it), ES Five-Seven (Loads of ammo) or USP (silenced)
Shotguns: Both.
SMG: TMP, for those quick spray-n-pray rushes, P90 (old personal favorite. Loads of ammo 'n stuff. Fun)
Rifles: Colt (Silenced), AUG (dunno), or ye old AK.
Sniper: Scout (No, I don't hate AWP, I just like the scout more) and that autosniper T has, whatever it's called.

Im usually a teamplayer, I never camp (unless its the bomb) I cover people, i rush in after grenades, cover people in general, guard the bombed player...

And personal succes rule : Take them out , then you can die.

I hate the idea of stats :\ They ruin the game completely, turning people off objective based team gameplay and onto becoming a total kill whore.

Means there's always a particular bunch of people who spend an entire round in the same spot with an autosniper, then always without fail check their stats or rank at the end of the round.

^ I agree. This is the reason I stopped playing Natural Selection. They switched from teamscore to playerscore, and I felt people stopped playing like a team, and If I look at the serverlist right now, I bet 9/10 servers are co_.

And I just have to say, I love how some people would call you a "noob" if you guarded the dropped bomb or actually followed the objectives in cs, instead of running around mindlessly. http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif

That score isn't bad but not good. My best is 47 and 6 I've also had stuff like 27 and 0. Also I would like to point out im not that good. So allot of people will get stuff better than my best even. I saw a guy with like 57 and 2 one time.

I once saw a demo of HeatoN ripping up a public going 50-2 and one of the deaths was a team kill at the start of the round. My best is 26-1 I think but I never took screenshot.

Exactly. I never get it with campers,you spend your time hiding away from the action, then when the battles are fought, they try to find you, you kill them. Sooo fun...

That depends, sometimes it is good to have one camper to take out guys while the rest of the group rushes in.

On the Killbox type maps there are always campers, there are spots in the level DESIGNED for camping.

Stats don't usually tell your skill, especially in my case because I'm *usually* in first or second on one of my regular servers, but sometimes I play sloppy and go 0-5 or something, then I'll quit, but it still kills my ranking and K-D Ratio.

As for weapon choice, you can't top the M4, AK, Deagle, or MP5 for straight killin'.

I use the m4. I get told im cheating on 25% of the servers I go too. But I don't I just take it slow and take time to aim for the head and then just give off a burst and most the time it will drop the person. If it doesn't just give off three more burst.
