Editart is an OS. You can uninstall Windows right now!

If your actually looking for an answer to this question:

Editart is a program that allows you to add your own textures and sprites into Duke3d (or any other Build engine game).

Also, if your feeling REALLY adventerous, you can edit your images, or even create them from scratch in Editart. Definetly not recommended though!!!
