Prey on Xbox 360!

i saw over on shacknews tonight that Prey is gonna be on the xbox 360 - cooooooool! Check this out..


2K Games silently revealed that Raven Software's Prey will also release on the Xbox 360. Combine that with rumors generated by TeamXbox that the Xbox 360 will use a keyboard and mouse for Unreal Tournament 2007, it appears that the Xbox 360 will be a poor man's PC gaming rig!

Well that was to be expected. But I remember reading that XBOX 360 won't enable keyboard and mouse function in gameplay, just for stuff like typing and chat. Yes - that is cool. Although I think I would have reservations over buying a full Microsoft PC. Just having their operating system is enough IMO.

At least on the ps2 you can play many of the pc fps ports with keyboard and mouse. Any standard usb keybord and mouse will work. Played with k+m vs gamepad in UT the one playing with k+m one every single game.

hmm IF the keyboard+mouse thing is true i will simply love the xbox360 - if the ps3 has it, i will get the ps3 - i'm not very focused on one console. i just can't game with those controllers. every hardcore fps gamer is with me i think.

but i hardly think that it won't work. we have to use those ugly controllers and play jump&run and racinggames..

A console is made to last 6 year. Or more. And you cant change pieces and parts. So in 1~2 years, PC will get back crushing the consol.

But still, for games like Metal Gear Solid, its best played on consols.('also combat game, and car, and platform)

I play Splinter Cell on the pc and can't imagine having to use a gamepad for it. There is a MGS2 for PC apparently but I've never seen it.
