How do I make split doors?

I looked at the Tutorial map and looked at and took apart the door for like 20 minutes, and i can't figure out how it's done.Could someone give me like 10 easy steps on how to do it?

I don't know exactly what are you talking about but if you mean doors that open from up and down then make 1 sector and give it a lotag of 22...

No, i know how to do those, i'm talking about 2 doors that slide in opposite(left and right) directions to make it open in the middle.

Ah ok... well it's kinda difficult to explain here in text... you'd better get something like the Jonah Bishop's MAPFAQ that comes with sample maps for each construction, or of course do like I did: look at the original Duke3d maps.
