Elevator help

Tell me, is it possible to create a elevator transporter that goes down
I have no problems creating ones that go up, but when I try to make one that goes down I get all kinds of weird problems, like the elevator going on for an infinite time and it not going to the right place etc etc

Make sure that the elevators were built at proper height difference and you gave the correct tags (check buildhlp.exe for info on them)

I’ve checked that the elevators are exactly the same about 50 times, the textures, the heights, the tags and the placemat of the SE's are all identical...and the stupid things will still not work images/icons/frown.gif

Are you sure you have:
- placed lo-tag 15 in one of the elevator sectors and hi-tag 1 + lo-tag 15 in the other elevator sector?
- placed the sector effectors in the elevators and gave them the right lo- and hi-tags.
- one of the sectoreffectors.. (in the sector the elevator will end in) should be black (give it a shading of 30 or something).

Don't blame me if I'm wrong.. haven't used this for ages and I haven't actually checked BUILD to see if I'm right images/icons/smile.gif

Fixed it! (check ur mail)
Problems were the height difference and a missing hitag for the upper elevator
