Infinium Labs, the company that was supposedly making the Phantom gaming console, was established primarily to defraud investors out of their money.

Hard|OCP.com did an in-depth investigation (http://www.hardocp.com/article.html?art=NTEy) of the company and its president. They were sued by Infinium Labs for printing the article, but the suit was toothless because Hard|OCP's research was solid.

They dont know if they should sell it in the US, because of that.
