Let me know what you think.

Too much blue. I'd at least have the header image color. Move the .net to the side of AlanWake and/or size it down. Lastly the main concern would be your news headlines -- th text is white, and so is the date row and such. The subject would stand out better if it was maybe yellow or even beige, and a little bigger. Same for the side-column "subject" rows (Main Menu, Community, Current Poll, Affiliates, etc).

Otherwise it's nice. Since when did vBulletin have some kinda site/forum integration? Never seen anything like that...

Thanks for your suggestions phait! I'll see what I can do http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

As for the vBulletin site/forum script.. it's called vBadvanced CMPS which you can get at vbadvanced.com -- basically it's a simple content management system.

I've got that running with vBadvanced Gallery and tomorrow I should be adding some journals and an article system.

I'll see how I go after work http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks again.

I don't think the blue is too "much". I like the design. the way the pictures are ordered... above the thanks autopilot...

oh, I'm looking at the wrong place http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif but I'm serious about the blue being all right

Hmm, maybe a bit square? Other than that, looks good to me

Great website. Looks tight. Nice job on the color scheme. http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

The two inches of wasted space on either side of the content is annoying. Really surprised (and glad) to see that it validates with the W3C validator. Looks great other than the wasted space.

that's cool http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I always use w3c standard too. (altough I use loose.dtd instead of strict.dtd)
and I always laugh at friends from school that also have a website -- but with +-600 errors http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Yeah I went through it all and made sure it validated http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

It's been updated quite abit since I posted this. Minor design changes.. also incorporated a cool SEO mod_rewrite type of mod that turns all dynamic urls into static urls.

Cost abit but it'll be worth it in the end http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

The contrast of bright white text on lighter background and the darker blue text on the darker backgound is a bit too much for me.

Otherwise the layout and style is ok
