I remember having this some time ago, but I've lost it. Where can I download it these days? I wanna play with it.

Problem the second:

"ChoosePixelFormat() failed: Cannot find a suitable pixel format."

I have a GeForce 2MX and I've tried several Glide wrappers with no luck.

Any suggestions?

Hopefully someone will surf through here and see your post.

When did Glide have anything to do with OpenGL? It's not surprising your glide wrappers aren't achieving anything. Try OpenGl drivers.

It's just called OpenGL Build Touch. It actually uses Glide (well it says it requires glide2x.dll, draw your own conclusions).

I ran it on a tnt2 without any fancy wrappers. You can run it without 3d acceleration at all with a generic opengl driver.

Then why does it ask me for Glide2X.dll?

Yes I do. You can open a map with it, view it in wired frames (3d), you can change the palettes with it and there are a few more options. All this in OpenGL, I don't really get the use of this program. The only option that might be useful is that you can change the palettes but that's it..

I think I'll better stay at the normal Build images/icons/smile.gif

Mapster does all the important things that oglbt2 did for mapping in a more friendly environment. However, oglbt2 still is the only way to optimize cons well and modify shade tables by hand when transpal fails (odds are you'll have some colors not come out just right).

Hey Joe, Silverman said way back that 3DR opted to use another program to do their shade tables or some such. Any idea what that program was? In-house tool?
