I got mapster to run and it works great, but what the hell happened to my setup file?(I don't mean build setup) The setup file that comes originally on the Duke 3D cd is now the build setup program, and when I try to run setmain, It won't run my userlevels! Y do I always have bad luck with computers!!!!!!!!!!
Plez someone help, I've come this far I can't loose now!

Setmain is only to configure the settings, not to play the game after doing such. Also, by the setup program do you mean the install program or the actual setup.exe? This may sound stupid, but specifics are needed to help you out.

I mean the actual setup.exe file has "morphed" into the build setup file and I can't run user maps. Hell what's the point of makin levels when you can't play them?

I feel like an idiot. graemlins/doh.gif And if you ever want to configure stuff, just open the Duke3d.cfg with WordPad and edit the variables needed to edit. (I wouldn't suggest touching the configurations you are not 100% sure about.)

Apparently Ding Bat wasn't clear enough. If you have Run under your Start menu, go to it and put in:
</font><blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial">code:</font><hr /><pre style="font-size:x-small; font-family: monospace;">[Drive Letter]:\[Directory]\Duke3d.exe /map [filename.map][/code]</blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Replace the brackets with what is described in it. IF YOU DID THIS RIGHT, DUKE SHOULD START UP AND THE LEVEL WILL LOAD!
