bubble effect

is there any way to get the bubble effect like when shooting underwater, above water
i could do some nifty things with that images/icons/smile.gif with eduke 2.0

and how can i make one actor follow the other? images/icons/confused.gif

Look at the Shotpark1 actor.

The second question is frankly not simple to implement and I cant be arsed to go into it.

wel i looked at the shotspark1 actor and i edited so it spawns stuff but it only spawn it at its destination and not "tracer" style
