I'm one of those people who just totally love this kind of thing. So, they've got at least one sucker http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

So are the next few season coming out faster or do they just have the packaging ideas done?

I want season 7...they have the majority of my fav episodes and quotes of all time. However I have to wait awhile for that one. Damnit Fox hurry the hell up.

Is it just me or do the DVDs sit one on top of the other in that almost paper-ish holder? Is that outer case made of tin? I'm not sure I like this....I would rather go with the standard cases because I don't know if those paper-thin things would last. http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Haha, they seem to be pumping them out pretty fast.

Thier recent seasons haven't been too good.

That looks like the case that's been in the US releases of the last several Star Trek series. Original Series, Enterprise, Deep Space Nine, & Voyager all had this colored (sometimes clear) box that folded out and each disc had it's own "slot" for in the overall case which opened like a book.

See the blue thing in the back? That's kind of what I think this is, just a different size.

I see now. I wonder if its attached to that blue thing then or if those plastic (guessing) DVD holders are removable. Well either way I'm probably getting it anyway....been a simpsons fan my whole life http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Those are some pretty big boxes. Despite the discs may get ruined, still gonna do the usual and put them on the hard drive for a backup.

I hope they keep the discs safe. That should be the main function of a disc cover anyway http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Btw, am I the only one who buys movies and games over if the CD/DVDs are scratchy? If I can't trade it in, I have to get another copy.. I hate scratches in CDs like some people spiders http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

One of my hard drives is full of converted AVI files. Basically, what I'll do is take the disc and use AutoGK to convert it from VOB to AVI. Then I can watch it on my computer. No more scratched discs.

The problem is that they often come scratched.
