The two names are so common it's no suprise. Their's a Max Payne on the bad checklist where I work. Their's about 20 some odd people with the last name Payne. The name is more common that smith.

It's a semi-common name yes. More common than than smith? I don't think so. If you exxadgerate too much to prove a point it becomes unbelievable. For example, If I declared you were wrong because "everyone I know is named smith", it would deflate my argument, and all my pool toys.
