Numpad enter does nothing [Archive]

When I run BUILD on Windows machine - I can't get into 3D mode. Does anyone know how to fix this one? Maybe I should work only on pure DOS system?

Check if you have mousekeys turned on, I think that affects it.

If NumLock is turned off, most of the keys on the numpad don't function in build.

Is Build in the same directory as duke3d?

It is a regular keyboard or a USB keyboard?

If it's a 2000 based windows then nothing will work. You will have to download Mapster instead.

Does that include Windows ME? For ME, Build can go into 3D mode... it's just unstable as hell.

ME is not a 2000 code based version of Windows - as I understand it is a very poor stop gap.

Mapster still has an Input problem on Windows 2000/XP here.
