SWBUILD: Ladders

Help me!

Has anyone made climbable ladders in SWBUILD? If so, I desperately need help! None of my ladders will work. I've completely mirrored the ladders I've seen in the $levels, even copying whole sectors and sprites, but they still just won't function.

......help?

Not sure if I'm right but if its anything like Duke I thought you made a ladder by making what is basically a very very steep slope. so you make a block the size of the ladder and then make it so its a slope going from bottom to top. You don't notice its a slope in game assuming you make it thin enough...

I may be thinking of worldcraft but I'm sure it's build...

Hmm, this is a coincidence, havent been at the 3DR forums for a month or so.. only too glad too help..


You should have an ST1 with 30,0 (pointed AWAY from the ladder) and a wall tag of err. .305. (Gosh never thought I would forgot a SW build tag, havent touched SW build for quite a while images/icons/shocked.gif )
Be sure to tag the wall on the right side.
