I'm happy.. ..got what I expected. £20 is about the same as a couple of rounds of drinks at the pub.. ..hardly the cause for upset over a 12hour play time.

It is $70 Canadian in my town. That really sucks. Sweet game though!

whatever you say, remedy/3dr developed the BEST GAME IVE EVER SEEN for a LONG time. the best graphics, originality, great story, just everything is awesome. if you would just NOT RUSH through the game, take your time, you will enjoy it.

and for multiplayer issue, its not doable. and even if they did do it they would have to take out bullettime (one of the main features). http://ahl.action-web.net

2 things:

1) The game was just long enough I thought, I got a good 12 hours out of it, and

2) Gordon Freeman wasnt a major... or even in the military...

The only reason anybody bitches 'bout the game being too short is because it's so damn awesome! With a game this good you wish it was 10 times as long. If the game sucked goat balls then nobody would get their knickers in a twist about it being short.

A good game will always leave you craving more. However, some games can fill you up and "boy it would be nice if there were more.".. but some are more like "it's over already?! No way!."

Half-Life, to me, seemed to last a lot longer. When it was finally over, it felt like a great accomplishment. I wanted more, sure, but it felt done.

Max Payne, when it ended, felt as though it was lacking. Unfortunitally, the better the game.. the longer it has to be otherwise people will think it's too short.

I played Red Faction through in 5-6 hours... And it wasn't even as good as Max Payne.

I wish we could get a few free d/l's from Remedy for Max Payne. (Hint, Hint, cough....cough) I got about 30 hrs into the game before I finished it. But I would play each battle over and over till I got it perfect and then I would move on. I think it would be cool to play a Mona level...during the time she first met Max...(Hint, Hint, cough....cough) images/icons/grin.gif Remedy you guys kick arse!!
