I hate Dreamcatcher !!

I just bought Painkiller Gold on eBay, and I got no CD key! First I thought that the seller had ripped me off (he has very good feedback though).
I searched the net to check if others had had any trouble with this and I found out that Dreamcatcher have somehow forgotten to include CD keys in a lot of these games. There's even an option on their support page to contact them in order to get a new CD key, and you can choose "CD key was not included" as an option!
I hope they fry for this.

This was a shipping problem, the gold package was rushed out because the Black Edition was released in the UK.
Just return it and exchange it for another copy.

Anyway, I'll get a CD key in the email soon, so there's no problem.. it's just horrible that they forgot it!

I also ordered 2 copies of the Black edition on eBay, but was it only released in the UK? I ordered it from a US seller.

They are releaseing on 5000 copies of the Black Edition here in the US.

I got the Gold edition a few weeks ago and the CD key was written on a small, white piece of paper in the box. Look carefully. It might be between the cardboard spacer and the box.

This is why I buy from a store, if this happens to me (which it did with RTCW) I can simply return and ask for another copy/key.

I don't understand how they can forget to include the CDKEY slip. Is it because of the poor manufacturing plants or what?

Thats pretty incompetent of them, Is it so hard to just print the CD key on the disc or on the back of the manual?
