Mapster and Blood?

I recently got Blood + Duke and Shadow Warrior to work on Win XP. I got it working by doing the stuff said on THIS (http://netstruck.com/buildxp/) page btw.
But sadly I can't get Build working, so what I wanna know is.. where can I download mapster and can I use it to make levels for other build games besides Duke also?
