Does anyone know of any software that can convert MP3/WMA's to M4A's?

iTunes can convert MP3 to M4A. Never tried WMA to M4A.

You should give dBpowerAMP Music Converter (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm) a try.
You can install codecs for most music formats including WMA and M4A, and once you have the codecs you can convert between them as you like.
The only issue is that the default MP3 codec is a trial version for licensing reasons but there are others available, from their codecs page, which may be full versions.
