Is there a ROTT editor out there?

Hello Joe!

I was wondering if there is a Rise of the Traid graphics editor out there, I know theres level editors but I don't know about graphics. How many people here have KALI? I've played a couple net games of ROTT using it and it rocks! go to Http://www.kali.net for more info.

This situation hasn't changed to my knowledge. Does anyone else know of any ROTT tools like this? I believe I have every known ROTT utility on the ROTT page for download. If there's something else out there, I want to know about it.
