Better start asking early, otherwise I'll get killed by the Xmas deadline again. I want to do a (hi-res) update for Santa wang this Xmas and Im looking for some people that are willing to do some models.
Such as;
*Xmas tree
*Xmas present packages (with wrapping lace)
*Xmas door ornaments (if you know what I mean, the round things made of foliage)
*Candy cane (human size)
And if someone's REALLY talented I have something special to do...
If anyone can supply me or help me with this or some hi-res textures I'd happily supply you with something from the 3DR shop. (A copy of SW, a Duke3D mouse pad)
If interested PM me, do NOT post models here.
NOTE: 'Why don't you do it yourself?' I have no 3D modelling experience and am busy enough with all the other changes made anyway.
NOTE 2: Do NOT let this keep you from doing anything for the normal SW hi-res/model pack. In fact I"ll do something for those people as well. (something of a contest, maybe. Sound like a good idea to get things going)

I've done the Xmas tree. I am skinning it now. I will finish the presents as well.
I will try to do the sleigh, but I am not sure if time will permit.
Does the shareware version of SW work with the Jonof port? If so, I will try to get it into game.

Yes it does and I also have a complete JFSW Shareware for download.

I've got it going now. Looks good. The voxels in the Build editor are cool!
How come things like the med packs spin in the editor and don't in game (the red health pack is static in the first level).
or are voxels not working for me in game?

theres a voxels on/off option ingame. Turn them on and the replacement models won't show. Turn them off and your back to sprites, but then new models will show.

i refer to model replacements of voxels. i.e. the small red medikit. Does that show for you ingame ? If so, how ??

The small red medkit that is behind the corner across the street from the dojo of death in the first level is a small static model hunched up behind the pillar. It is not rotating. I don't remember weapons rotating in SW. Did the voxel weapons do that? They spin like the Q2 shotgun in the Build editor. http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

The voxels only ever rotate in build.

I have replaced Nuke voxel by Nuke model and I see Nuke as a model all other items nearby as voxels.

Hmmm. Did the last JonoF port fix the replacement of models somehow, making the replacements show when voxels are on. Cos when i first added that medikit they certainly would not show if voxels was turned on. If this is the case i can adjust the readme for the HRP.

Cargar, check your hotmail account. There is a model up there. If you have trouble with it, let me know. I can stick it on my site if you need to download it from somewhere else.
There will be two others, one with several variations in the nex t few days. I hope I haven't left it too late.
