Kingpin Problem

1. How can I toggle between mutiple items (not weapons)?
2. How do you offer cash to people (not Pawn-O-Matic)?

you can give money by pressing "y" ( for a possitive reation ) to someone who might be interested. or "n" for no to intimidate him ( like the crowbar dude in the beginning )

I've deliberately held off ever buying that game because my friend said he played the demo and the only way to progress was to club a defenceless prostitute to death.
