I know there's a couple of BoC fans in here. I listened to a "preview copy" last night, and i'm sooooo getting this album the second it's released! "Dayvan Cowboy" is my new favourite BoC song, along with "everything you do is a balloon".
For those who don't know BoC, they are a Scottish duo making very melodic, melancholic sounding electrona/folk/ambient...creepy music. Do yourself a favour and try and get a hold of a copy of "Hi-Scores" or the easyer to find "Music has the right to children". You won't regret it.

I should like this since I'm also bored of Canada. http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I hear this album is a bit underwhelming.
I'll still get it though. http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Which album do you think is their best? I don't know, I really dig the newness of it right now, but I try not to have any expectations with BoC. Each album has a different feel to it, but I can still hear some similarities to Geogaddi.
Some of this new album sounds a lot like some of their tracks from A Few Old Tunes. Which is crap-your-pants-awesomeness right there.

I've seen Baskinator among other members drool over this band for quite some time and I'm not sure why I haven't looked it up yet! Because I'm quite into the music I suspect BoC is. Well, partly it might be because the albums are pretty hard to find here. Are there any sample songs anywhere easilly available? Don't feel like ordering anything abroad before I at least hear one song http://forums.3drealms.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
