I think I fixed it. I checked out the graphic, and noticed it was crashing my Netscape v4.5 as well.

I reloaded the original graphic into the current version of GIF Animation Set, and resaved it. It seems to load correctly for me. I've overwritten the old graphic with the new one on the Dopefish site, so anyone linking directly to it should get the new fixed one. Here it is:

It appears to work for me. If it still crashes your 4.5 version, dump your disk cache - make sure you have the most recent version of the image.
