I have a webpage concept

and I want to try it out but I can't make them myself so I'm looking for someone skilled. The site would use a forum-esque design used in conjunction with media playing capabilities per forum-styled "post."
I can't pay for services but whoever programmed the site would be half-owner of it.

I had thought I'd keep the site concept to pm's.
But the idea is something to allow people to showcase their media works - art, music, animations, story - for the purpose of connecting with others who are looking for particular talents to be fulfilled. There would also be a request page. There's many other ideas I have that are part of the whole design, but that's it very briefly.
