No, this probably isn't what you're thinking. Well, sort of it is. I know this guy who has compiled all his Apogee and 3DR shareware games (the shareware versions, that is) all on one CD with his CDR.
My question is, is it legal for him to make copies of this CD and sell it at reproduction cost? He charges $3 per disc, which he says is roughly the cost of one blank CD (I'm not sure myself, as I've never bothered to look at the price).
