Halloween Harry / Alien Carnage

Hello, out there!
I have a shareware copy of Alien Carnage (it's called Halloween Harry in my copy), and I still can't get past that cursed, screwed first level of the shareware episode! HELP!!

Although this has absolutly nothing to do with your question (sorry) I just thought it was appropriate to go here, why was Halloween Harry changed to Alien Carnage? What was the point in changing the name of the game? Was there some legal issue involved?

No legal issue, Apogee just thought the name "Halloween Harry" sucked (maybe they weren't that negative about it http://3drealms.3dportal.com/ubb/images/icons/smile.gif) and was bogging down sales, so they had it changed to "Alien Carnage".
