Rott question

In the shareware version of ROTT, there are 2
levels Too tall and Play room that say they are part of the second episode. Why were they not included in Darkwar or Extreme Triad?

They're only listed as the second episode because the game itself cannot handle more than x (I forget what x is offhand) number of levels in an episode.
