A couple months ago I went to a Keen site that now has a link on the Apogee page. The site gave me something called Commander Keen 2000. It was another Keen game that ran under Win95 and ran way too fast. I've never heard it mentioned anywhere. What's up with that?

It's just cheap demo of a fan-made game. If they ever fix the speed and get it working right it might be cool. What's with Keen's ability to jump in that game, anyway? Since when can 8 year olds jump 20 feet in the air without a pogo stick?

Keen 2000 is a game made using the game creation program Click and Play, or Klik and Create or whatever it's called, so it is limited in how good you can get it.

If you look very carefully, you can see he whips out his pogo very quickly before the jump. I personally think K2K was a great game, compared to other Klick 'n Play games anyway.

The thing I hate about it though is that the screen is way too small and it runs way too fast. maybe I'll put it on my old 386 and see what happens.
