Modable games?

I was just wondering what games that you guys have modded, or at least tried to mod in the past. :P

So far I have modded:

MP2
CS:S
BF2

Duke3D, Doom, Jazz Jackrabbit 2. Those are the major ones that I remember. I probably did some half-assed project for some stupid game that was the only one of its serie.

-Edited content for Doom
-HL1 levels (hammer)

Quake 1.

Changed the HUD and menu graphics, dropped in sounds or textures. That's about it.
