Spear of Destiny: How do I pronounce Longinus?

Does anyone know how to pronuonce the word "Longinus?" I really need to know, as I am doing a report on the "holy lance," and now I have to stand up in front of a class to "present my findings," but I don't want to look like an idiot because I can't pronounce the subject of my report! help!!!
